Senior Program Manager, Compliance

Your Opportunity: As a Data Analyst in our Merchant Experience domain at SPICE, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving product development by leveraging data insights across our merchant dashboard, mobile app, and support experience. Working closely with domain leadership and software engineers, you will ensure that data informs every step of our product journey. From building robust data models to performing detailed analyses, your work will guide strategic decisions and enhance product performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Product Development: Collaborate closely with domain leadership and engineers to synthesize essential data for measuring product success.

  • Product Analytics: Dive deep into frontend and behavioral event data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product features.

  • Data Storytelling: Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives through presentations, blog posts, dashboards, and workshops.

  • Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain performant data models using dbt and Looker to empower stakeholders with actionable product KPIs.

  • Craft Development: Contribute actively to the evolution of our data analytics practices by sharing insights, overcoming challenges, and engaging with the community.

What You Have

  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive product success.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proactive, pragmatic, and a 'can-do' attitude, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in SQL (experience with BigQuery preferred) and expertise with dbt.

  • Experience working with a BI tool, such as Looker.

  • Familiarity with Git for version control.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

  • Proficiency in R, Python, or other programming languages.
